Etecsa Cuba has been offering Free Calls to Cuba in desperate need of help due to the recent hurricanes and floods that have hit Cuba and caused massive high water levels to rise to abnormal levels. The photos above shows some of the hardship the Cubans ahve been facing in order to call thier family in Miami, New York, Spain, Italy, Equador, Brasil, Russia, Canada, Mexico, Las Vegas, Panama, and Venezuala.
Telephone calls are free for the local Cubans that initiate the calls but there may be some charges to the foreign recipenet if thier local telephone or celluar company does not offer internal free calling services.
